The webbing is box stitched at 8 stitches per an inch with MIL-SPEC bonded Nylon thread, for the most strength and durability.
HTS belts are made to order, typical wait time is 5-8 days before shipping.
The HTS Story
I have utilized tactical belts for over 15 years but have never found one that I absolutely loved. Between the old school 2-inch webbing to the 1.75-inch M.O.L.L.E. belts. Whether the belts were too flimsy, stiff, loose M.O.L.L.E., the limited variation of sizes (s, m, lg), or which side the hook and loop was on. I wanted to build optional belts, for the end users comfortability.

Each belt is made with the end user in mind. Each belt comes with a +/- 1 size for adjustment. For example, size 34 can be adjusted from 32 - 36.
The inner belt has the loop side of hook and loop. You shouldn't have to only wear your inner belt just to attach your outer belt. Also, so it doesn't rip all the threads out of your pants loops or continuously catch your shirt with the hook side. The inner belt is NON-METALLIC and great for CCW (concealed carry weapon).
